Atlantic Fir - update

Atlantic Fir sailed this morning, giving its destination as Méchins, QC. This would seem to preclude a visit to Montreal on Christmas Day.

    Umiak I is due at Méchins dry-dock around December 27th and asked for two tugs...
    Also, Atlantic Fir is not made for ice navigation; it had problems last year around Quebec City and was escorted by an Ocean Group tug.

    Atlantic Elm also underway to Les Méchins.
